It has shown to be quite a challenge to get the machine done here in Bukavu. I found myself frustrated when many of the pieces for the press cannot be easily found in the shops. After one week of waiting for an order, and several other days inspecting all the shops in town, we have finally got the PVC required (5/6 mm. with). The odessy is way from over, but I am positive we will have it ready by the end of April.

Thank you very much Sheryl, Lisa , Nancy and all those who so kindly left comments in the posts. I will be updating you all on the building process. I am seeing the carpenter tomorrow, and that is going to be a real challenge 
just by reading the manual seems like Chinese, and translating that into French, it will feel like and advanced course of quantum physics…
Did Robert get his built yet? Good luck and I hope you can find someone to translate it all into “easy to build” language.
